Pac Man’s Multiplayer Side
Considering Pac Man is a simple game it still manages to find it’s way to almost every console to date. Every time I hear of a spin off I can’t help but be disappointed of the direction that’s taken with a classic arcade legend such as Pac Man.
A multiplayer competitive version of the game was seen on the floor at the Amusement Expo 2010. The game is still from Namco and looks great just like the original. It does have a neon look but the graphics have a nice touch that makes the characters seem as if they are jumping out a little. The idea of a 4 player, fast pace, power eating Pac Man trying to consume each other and avoid the ghosts is a combination for fun .
Namco is hoping this is a good break for Pac Man that will go great for its 30th Anniversary. The game is rumored to be released sometime in September. So if you love Pac Man and love multiplayer this would on something good to get your hands on…if you can.
