PSP Go | Releases for $249
So you’ve heard the news. Sony has released a new version of the PSP named the PSP Go. One has to wonder how long it took the Sony big wigs to come up with that name. At a price point of $249, you’re still unsure if you’re going to pick it up, ourselves included.
Let’s dive in and see a few screenshots and some features.
16GB built-in flash drive (oh, I remember the original PSP being released with nothing but 8MB. What a joke!)
3.8″ LCD Screen
WiFi with access to PlayStation Network
The new PSP Go looks sleek and puts aside those crappy UMDs that weren’t worth it. A direct download from the PlayStation network and you’re good to go with some of the freshest games. We’ll at least that’s the way it’s supposed to work. At the very least, the new PSP version of Gran Turismo 5 might just be worth forking the cash over for this.
We’ll reserve judgement until we get our greasy palms on it.
