BioShock 2 – Games I Can’t Wait For – 1st Edition
1Bioshock. In one word, revolutionary. Bioshock practically revived the first person shooter category. At the time of Bioshocks release, I recalled my brother mentioning that he was tired of the traditional FPS. More of the same, boring and he was fed up.
I had told him of a new game that I was estatic about. A game that quite frankly gave me chills, none that I’ve had since the original Silent Hill series. Quite skeptical and after some persuasion he picked it up at Blockbuster. The rest was history.
Two years later, Bioshock has grown in popularity among the masses and has received over 50 industry awards. It’s slated to be a movie and is the game that every gamer is waiting for in 2009.
Screenshots and previews have been hard to come by as 2k has been tightly lipped. Here are the ones we’ve gathered from Bioshocks 2 promotional site.
January 1st, 2010 is when 2k has it slated for release. We hope it stays on track. We’re eager to get our palms on it.
